Boot Camp for the Soul is a 21-day, 5 AM morning experience built on three simple but powerful pillars: movement, gratitude, and reflection. Together, we start each day with purpose before the world wakes up.

This is not just a workout. This is a devotion practice. A commitment to yourself. A container where 10 women rise together, every morning, with intention.

What We Do Each Morning

Three pillars. 21 days. One powerful shift.

Body Work

We activate the body with a gentle, intentional movement sequence. Each morning we complete 10 pushups to build strength and devotion, then flow into cobra pose to open the heart, and settle into child's pose to breathe and come back to center. We close with 3 neck rolls to each side and an arm stretch, releasing tension and grounding into the body before the day begins. Modifications always welcome.

Soul Work

We begin our inner practice with gratitude journaling. Each morning you'll write three things you are grateful for, shifting your mindset into appreciation and grounding your energy before the day begins. This simple ritual cultivates presence, abundance, and awareness.

Mind Work

We close with intention setting and reflection. Each day includes a short journaling prompt to help you align your thoughts, focus your energy, and move through your day with purpose. These small daily reflections create powerful shifts over time.
